I qualified as an Occupational Therapist in 2000 in Japan.
After that I worked in acute hospital as well as working for home based rehab and day care centre in Japan.
Following my marriage to my English husband I successfully registered with HCPC (The Health and Care Professional Council) in 2008 and began my career as Occupational Therapist in the UK.
I have worked a number of NHS hospitals as well as Local authority.

My clients mainly experience difficulties associated with medical conditions such as Neurological afflictions including Parkinson’s, Stroke & Head injuries, Multiple Sclerosis etc but also Musculoskeletal disease like Arthritis, Dementia, Cardiovascular disease.
With over 20 years experience as an Occupational Therapist in Japan and the UK, I am passionate about maintaining and maximising my client’s independence and improving their quality of life with respect and dignity. I understand that everyday life can be challenging and risky at some stage for all of us but appropriate advice can change the life dramatically.
I am HCPC registered Occupational Therapist and am a member of Royal College of British Occupational Therapist.
